Over the time that it has been operating, AGEN and the I-SE RMN have collaboratively completed a number of projects.  These include:


Aboriginal Employment and Recruitment Plan 2007

This Plan aims to provide NSW Government agencies in the Illawarra and South East regions with a practical tool that will support improved recruitment and retention of Aboriginal employees. The Plan is currently being reviewed.

Aboriginal Cultural Respect Training Framework 2007

This Framework seeks to assist NSW Government agencies to ensure that all Government employees have the knowledge, skills and positive motivation to work effectively with Aboriginal communities.

Aboriginal Culture and Heritage Framework 2010 – 2014

This framework seeks to establish a common platform of understanding and commitment by NSW Government agencies. This understanding will assist in Government actions, decisions and the delivery of services so that these things can be carried out in a way that is respectful of Aboriginal culture and heritage.
